Sessions are non-refundable once purchased.
Sessions may be rescheduled once with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations, missed sessions, or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled session are non-refundable and non-reschedulable.
Due to the immersive and transformational nature of this work, all Journey payments and payment plans are non-refundable once the process has begun.
Clients are responsible for completing all agreed payment installments regardless of participation level.
This experience is application-based and requires mutual alignment, readiness, and commitment.
Journey sessions are intended to be completed within the agreed container timeline unless otherwise discussed and approved.
The Coherence Collective operates through ongoing seasonal containers designed to support integration, embodiment, nervous system regulation, and sustained transformation over time.
Membership is billed at $222 CAD/month and may be canceled at any time. Access will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
Participants are encouraged to remain within each seasonal container to support deeper integration, continuity, and transformation within the collective field.
Live group sessions may occasionally be rescheduled, pre-recorded, or adjusted due to holidays, emergencies, travel, or unforeseen circumstances.
All products, integration tools, digital offerings, services, sessions, and programs are final sale.
Due to the nature of energetic, transformational, digital, and physical wellness offerings, refunds, returns, or exchanges are not provided unless an item arrives damaged or defective.
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact Universal Alignment within 7 days of delivery.

Participation in any service, program, workshop, or community offering may be limited, suspended, or terminated without refund if a participant:
becomes disruptive or harmful to the experience of others;
repeatedly disregards program guidelines or boundaries; or
engages in behavior that negatively impacts the integrity, safety, or experience of the container.
Client privacy and confidentiality are deeply respected.
Participants agree to respect the confidentiality and privacy of other individuals participating in sessions, programs, workshops, or community spaces.
Any personal experiences, reflections, or information shared within group containers are to remain confidential and may not be shared publicly without explicit consent.
Testimonials, reviews, photographs, recordings, or shared experiences will only be used by Universal Alignment with explicit client permission.
Participation in services or programs does not automatically grant permission for public use of personal information, likeness, recordings, or testimonials.
Universal Alignment services, programs, workshops, and content are intended for educational, personal development, spiritual, and wellness purposes only.
Services provided are not a substitute for medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, or financial advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Clients remain fully responsible for their own decisions, actions, interpretations, health, and well-being before, during, and after participation in any offering.
Results and experiences may vary for each individual.
All materials, content, frameworks, teachings, recordings, practices, graphics, written materials, and program content provided by Universal Alignment remain the intellectual property of Universal Alignment unless otherwise stated.
Materials may not be reproduced, distributed, shared, recorded, taught, resold, or publicly disseminated without prior written permission.
Services, programs, workshops, and community offerings are intended for individuals who have reached the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction unless otherwise approved by Universal Alignment.
Participants under the legal age of majority must have the consent and involvement of a parent or legal guardian prior to participation in any offering.
Universal Alignment reserves the right to decline participation at its discretion.
By participating in any service, session, program, workshop, or community offering, you acknowledge personal responsibility for your participation and experiences.
Except in cases of gross negligence or unlawful conduct, you agree to release and hold harmless Universal Alignment and its practitioners, facilitators, healers, coaches, contractors, and representatives from any claims, liabilities, damages, or losses arising from participation in any offering.
Online services and programs require a stable internet connection, appropriate technology access, and a valid email address.
Universal Alignment is not responsible for technical issues outside of its control that may impact access to online services or materials.
